PersonalityFlighty and full of energy and spunk, Life is your ideal race horse. He's very passionate when it comes to running, and he puts his heart into every workout that he does and every race he runs in. Life loves to flash his speed and show off for everyone around him, I suppose you could call him something of a showoff. He's always having to do something and it isn't uncommon to find him jumping around on the track or pacing in his stall. He's rather studly around mares but once you get him to focus on the task at hand he's all ears. Much like his sire he seems to have quite the knack for biting. It doesn't matter who it is, he'll bite anyone, horse or human. He can't be ponied for this reason because he'll inflict quite the amount of damage on his pony in a short amount of time.
In the paddock he simply refuses to be caught and always has to wear a halter because of it. He likes to make a game out of this, standing still until someone gets within two feet of him and then he'll turn on his heels and take off like a rocket. No matter how much we work with him on this it seems like it's a habit he will never break. On the track he's difficult to miss, he may be a closer but he rattles off fractions like a front runner in his works. He's blazing fast and he loves to flash it in others faces during his works but hold off and make a dramatic entrance at the end of the race. If he were a person, he'd be the one to show up fashionably late to parties so everyone could see him as he walked in. He isn't afraid of anything and it makes him a fierce opponent on the track. -- Written by CC of Grayson Meadows |
StyleAlthough he's a very quick horse as it is, he likes to break slower and will be the trailer in a race. From there he'll bide his time until the final turn approaches, he'll pick off his opponents one by one and then sprint to the lead, drawing off by several lengths. He's one of those horses who can be ten lengths behind and make it up in just a few strides and still have enough energy to win impressively.
